Macron nominates Jean Costaque as France's new prime minister
French President Emmanuel Macron has named Jean-Costaque as the country's new prime minister. He will replace the resigned Prime Minister Edward Philip.
President Emmanuel Macron has been reshuffling the government to focus on re-stabilizing the economy by eliminating the damage caused by the lockdown corona virus that has been raging for months.
The 55-year-old prime minister-designate, Jan Costacks, has been a government employee and has worked with a number of governments.
It should be noted that the plan for the gradual reopening of France after the lockdown has so far been generally successful. The new prime minister is expected to put it into practice with his team.
